We, the Afrikan people from all corners of the globe, come together in unity, supported and energized by our Divine Creator, our Glorious Ancestors, and our loving, sacred Mother Earth. With a deep sense of purpose, we draft this living document as the Afrikan Peoples’ Liberation Charter, an Action Framework that embodies our collective aspirations and commitment to justice.
Grounded in Strength and Resilience
Our foundation lies in the knowledge, assurance, and certainty of the strength, skills, assets, resilience, tenacity, self-reliance, and historic achievements of Afrikan people. We recognize the immense contributions our ancestors have made throughout history and draw inspiration from their struggles and triumphs.
Awareness of Oppression
We remain mindful of the negative impact of White Supremacy, Patriarchy, and Capitalism on our communities. These systems of oppression have perpetuated inequality and injustice, denying us the full realization of our rights and potential. By acknowledging these forces, we can work towards dismantling them and creating a more just society.
Driven by Love for Justice
Our actions are driven by a deep love for justice. We believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual, and we strive to create a world where all Afrikan people can thrive. We reject any form of discrimination, violence, or marginalization and commit ourselves to the pursuit of equality and liberation for all.
Embracing Diversity and Possibilities
We recognize and celebrate the diversity, richness, and limitless possibilities within the Afrikan community. Our strength lies in our unity, but also in the unique perspectives, talents, and contributions of each individual. By embracing our diversity, we can harness our collective power to effect meaningful change.
The Afrikan Peoples’ Liberation Charter
The Afrikan Peoples’ Liberation Charter serves as a living document, constantly evolving to meet the needs and aspirations of our community. It provides a framework for action, guiding us towards the realization of our collective goals. Through this charter, we affirm our commitment to:
- Advocating for social and economic justice
- Addressing systemic racism and discrimination
- Promoting education and empowerment
- Fostering sustainable development and environmental stewardship
- Building strong and resilient communities
- Supporting the rights and well-being of all Afrikan people
We understand that the path to liberation is not easy, and it requires both individual and collective action. We commit ourselves to the ongoing struggle for justice, knowing that our efforts today will shape a better tomorrow for future generations. Together, we can overcome the challenges we face and create a world where Afrikan people can thrive in dignity and equality.
